WRBC family! We asked you to complete a comprehensive survey, and you delivered! Thank you for your feedback.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll share the results with you via a series of blog posts. I will describe the survey results along with some thoughts about their interpretation and a proposed plan of action. In these posts, I will communicate:
The Results
I’ll show the aggregate survey data in the most understandable way I can manage. This may include charts, graphs, numbers, or summaries.
Interpretation
I will attempt to synthesize the meaning and implications of the data so we understand how it affects our current state and our future growth as a church.
Action Plans
The process of assessing our current situation is arduous. We don’t want to waste all that work by simply describing the state of the church today; I’ll suggest some concrete steps we can take to improve and ultimately become more like Jesus.
I’m not sure how often I can post, but my goal is to upload a new post once each week.
IT IS SO IMPORTANT THAT YOU ENGAGE IN THIS CONVERSATION! I welcome your comments along the way – I don’t want to merely share information… I want us to enter into ongoing discussion that is thoughtful, constructive, and formative as we do life together as Waterloo Road Baptist Church. We are a family, and every member’s input is welcome and wanted. I love this! Community’s is sooo important, as I am getting out and meeting my neighbors, I see how truly we need our community around us. I am thankful for pastors that push us to do more and be more.
