That's a Wrap!

Well, we did it! A good number of us completed a very comprehensive survey early this year; we became aware of needs; we implemented solutions. That's a win!

Some of the things we've accomplished due to your feedback:

• Hired a full ministry staff
• Implemented a weekly newsletter - and tweaked our approach to include both digital and print copies
• Revitalized our Women's Ministry
• Poured into our Men's Ministry
• Implemented a new strategy and rhythm of communications: social media posts, ministry-oriented emails, streamlining the information we push out to you
• Launched a new communication tool for Student Ministry
• Watched our Student population grow in number and in spiritual maturity
• Utilized more Worship Ministries personnel, in greater roles of leadership
• What else did I miss? I'm sure there's more!

 

GOING DEEPER
